Hitchcock & Herrmann

I found this picture in a folder in my storage space the other day. It pictures film score composer Bernard Herrmann playing around for the camera with Alfred Hitchcock. 

Herrmann did seven Hitchcock scores, including North By Northwest, Vertigo and Psycho. The first film he worked on was Citizen Kane and the last one may have been Taxi Driver. A long time span, with many notable highlights, Mr. Herrmann’s career is a role model for me.
